Tyler the Creator "Flower Boy" Album Recreation

Recreated another iconic album cover for 2020, you know how these things go. Originally I got really lucky with the lighting outside and took a couple pictures where there was a lot of sun but nothing to overthrow the color balance of the black. Shadows were my trickiest mistress in the whole production for this video along with every bee in the scene being unique and needing extra animation above all else. A lot of this editing was done with photoshop and after effects and to avoid copyright from Instagram bots I used the instrumental for see you again. This project took about 12 hours to get done, most of it having to do with reconstructing each asset for animation, originally this would have taken less time had it just been a still image but I wanted to make something real special for the new year!
