Who is she?

For this project I was influenced alot by underground and cult art that no one really knows about. I took a visit to a local vinyl store with some very obscure and niche artists who do these sorts of pieces and I thought I'd take a swing at it. This piece is based off of cult and randsom arts with a heavy enphasis on remaining anonymous.
